Laure Coleman has spent more than two decades leading, coaching and speaking into the lives of school principals, ministry leaders and NFP executives across Australia.
She built Leading with Compassion for the leaders who have prayed hard, worked harder, and still sit at their desk in the afternoon feeling like a train has run over them — because she has been that leader, and because she believes there is a better way to carry the calling.
Her work weaves scripture, leadership research and lived experience into conversations that actually change things on Monday morning.
